Green Eco Multi Services (GEMS) was founded in 2018 through a collaboration between PKT Logistics (M) Sdn Bhd and a UiTM fresh graduate, with one shared belief: to create safer, more professional and future-ready truck drivers in Malaysia.
Since then, GEMS has evolved beyond transportation. We focus on understanding career pathways for graduates, connecting their skills with the rapidly changing world of AI, technology and the future of work.
Under the direct mentorship of Dato’ Seri Michael Tio, GEMS has gained deeper insight into the culture and challenges of Malaysia’s lorry drivers—and how to build a more sustainable, professional and performance-driven driving culture.
