Site Safety Supervisor (Banting)

Daily Inspections: Conduct routine site walkthroughs to spot unsafe acts, hazardous conditions, and non-compliance.

Safety Briefings: Lead daily or weekly safety toolbox talks, orientations, and inductions for workers and subcontractors.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local laws, such as the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) and Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) requirements in Malaysia, including oversight of the Yellow Book credential.

PPE & Equipment Monitoring: Check that all workers use proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and that machinery, scaffolding, fire extinguishers, and first-aid kits are safe and tagged.

Documentation: Maintain safety logs, inspection records, training rosters, and accident statistics.

And other duties as directed by the management/supervisor.
