Accountant (Penampang)

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team at EMAX Network Sdn. Bhd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's full set of accounts, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Salary: RM3,500 – RM6,000 (Based on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Prepare and manage the full set of accounts.
• Manage accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), invoicing, and payment transactions.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monthly closing.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and accounting schedules.
• Assist with audits, tax matters, and statutory submissions.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge and experience in handling full set of accounts.
• Proficient in AutoCount or other accounting software.
• Good knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in AP, AR, bank reconciliation, invoicing, payment processing, and monthly closing.
• Knowledge of EPF (KWSP), SOCSO, EIS, SST, and other relevant statutory requirements will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
