Sales Intern - Will & Estate Planning (George Town)

Looking for an internship where you actually learn to sell, and earn while you do it?

We're a Penang team under a licensed life insurance agency. We help families put wills, estate plans and financial protection in place. Our interns learn real sales skills by working on our will-writing and family-protection campaigns alongside experienced consultants.

What you'll do:

• Help explain will-writing to families and book appointments for our consultants
• Help run our Will Sharing seminars and events (registration, follow-up, customer calls)
• Create social media content (TikTok / Instagram / Facebook) for our campaigns
• Sell will-writing packages, with commission on every will you close

What you get:

• RM400 monthly allowance
• Commission on will-writing sales, up to RM3,000 a month depending on how many wills you close. Commission is performance-based and not guaranteed.
• Hands-on sales training from a mentor with 13 years in the industry (2× COT, 7× MDRT, Unit Manager)
• Internship letter / industrial training supervision for your university
• Option to join as a licensed consultant after graduation, with licensing exam (CEILLI) preparation

Who we're looking for:

• Diploma or degree students needing industrial training (Business, Marketing, Finance, Mass Comm or related)
• Speaks English plus BM or Mandarin
• Confident talking to people, and not shy on the phone
• Based in Penang
