Will & Estate Planning Consultant (George Town)

Most Malaysian families have no will. When someone passes away without one, their family waits months or years for the estate to be released.

We're a Penang team under a licensed life insurance agency, and we help families put a will and an estate plan in place. We're looking for people who want to learn this skill and build their own income from it.

What you'll do:

• Explain using app will-writing to families and write wills using our partner platform
• Help clients check that their family is protected financially (life & medical protection)
• Follow up with your own clients

• A mentor with 13 years in the industry (2× COT, 7× MDRT, Unit Manager)

• Commission-based income from wills and insurance protection plans
• New-agent monthly bonus (RintiZ programme): up to RM3,600/month in your first 6 months when you hit the monthly production target, plus a consistency booster of RM200/RM500 per quarter. The bonus is only paid when the target is met.

Who we're looking for:

• Degree, Diploma, SPM (5 Pass) and above, aged 18+
• Speaks at least one of English / Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin
• Likes talking to people and is comfortable explaining things simply
• Sales, banking, property, customer service or teaching background is a plus but not required
• Fresh graduates welcome

Please note: this is a commission-based role with a will and licensed insurance agency, based on reasonble sales achievement to provide fixed monthly basic bonus. You will need to pass the industry licensing exam before advising on insurance. We help you prepare for it.
