Area Manager (Cheras)

Key Requirements :

• Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) - mandatory for daily communication, coordination, and reporting with China HQ.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in multi-outlet management, preferably within the F&B, bubble tea, coffee, or related industry.
• Strong experience in franchise operations management, with a solid understanding of franchise systems, operational standards, and workflows.
• Good knowledge of local food safety regulations, operational compliance, and industry standards.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with regional teams and cross-functional departments.
• Willing to travel frequently within the assigned region.
