Site Supervisor - Construction (Shah Alam)

IMMEDIATE HIRING – SITE SUPERVISOR

Millenium Glotech Resources (M) Sdn. Bhd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to join our construction team.

We are looking for a hands-on construction professional who can supervise daily site activities, coordinate workers and subcontractors, and ensure construction works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at site.
• Coordinate subcontractors, workers, suppliers and site activities.
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and work programme.
• Monitor workmanship, quality and progress of works.
• Identify and report site issues, delays and technical problems.
• Coordinate site inspections and rectification works.
• Prepare daily and weekly site reports.
• Monitor site materials, equipment and manpower.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and site procedures.
• Assist the Project Manager in managing overall site activities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years of relevant construction/site supervision experience.
• Hands-on construction site experience is required.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings.
• Able to coordinate subcontractors and workers effectively.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Willing to work at project sites as required.
• Experience in government / JKR projects is an advantage.
