Java Analyst Programmer - 1 Year Contract (Kuala Lumpur)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications and systems.
  - Analyze business and technical requirements and provide effective solutions.
  - Perform coding, debugging, unit testing, and system integration testing.
  - Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and production incidents.
  - Participate in system enhancement, maintenance, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Project requirements.
• - Prepare and maintain technical documentation for developed applications.
• - Ensure compliance with coding standards, security policies, and best practices.
• - Provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployment activities.

Requirements

• - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• - Minimum 3 to 4 years of working experience in Java application development.
• - Candidates who are able to speak Cantonese and/or Mandarin are highly preferred to support business and stakeholder communication.
• - Strong programming skills in Java and experience with object-oriented programming concepts.
• - Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, or related technologies is an advantage.
• - Familiarity with SQL databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server).
• - Experience in system analysis, troubleshooting, and application support.
• - Knowledge of web services, APIs, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• - Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
