Job Description

  1. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of jobs.
  2. Ensure that all jobs are deliveredon-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and    ensuring technical feasibility.
  1. Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  2. Develop a detailed service and calibration service plan to track progress.
  3. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in job scope, schedule and costs.
  • Measure service performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  1. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  2. Perform risk management to minimizejob risks.
  3. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive job documentation.
  • To develop PIC product knowledge as soon as possible.
  • To promote and establish market for PIC products.
  1. Preparation of proposals both for products and systems or package based on PIC products.
  • Maintain good customer relations, by solving their problems and providing efficient customer support.
  • Other duties will be outlined in the yearly target meeting, to be reviewed and revised every three months.
