Sales and Services Engineer (Shah Alam)

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of jobs.
• Ensure that all jobs are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Maintain good customer relations, by solving their problems and providing efficient customer support.
• To provide pre and post-sales support to existing customer.
• To attend enquiries, prepare the quotation and proposal.
• Search for prospect, identify potential customer and promote company products.
• Overall sales target and profit performance.
• Be involved in the order entry process to ensure a smooth transition from the customer to the suppliers.
• Assist in specific marketing projects as required and requested by the Marketing team.
• Travel is required for managing the business, including site visits, customer meetings, and other related activities.
• Maintain all company tools in good working order
• Provide monthly and weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager/Management.

Other duties will be outlined in the yearly target meeting, to be reviewed and revised every three months.
