Key Account Executive (Klang)

The Key Account Executive supports the Key Account Manager in servicing existing retail customers, coordinating trade activities and growing the business through new account openings and new product listings, based in Klang, Selangor.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the day-to-day requirements of assigned key accounts.
• Follow up on purchase orders, ensuring stock availability, pricing and customer enquiries.
• Coordinate promotions, displays and other trade activities with customers and internal teams.
• Conduct store visits to check product availability, pricing, shelf displays and promotional execution.
• Support listing of new products with existing customers.
• Identify and approach potential new retail accounts and follow up on business opportunities.
• Maintain sales records, promotional updates and customer documentation.
• Prepare basic sales reports and monitor account performance.
• Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth account servicing.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, key accounts, business development or FMCG is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered.
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Proactive, driven, organised and willing to conduct customer meetings and store visits.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own car.
• Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage).
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
• Willing to work in Klang, Selangor.
• Willing to travel around the Klang Valley for store visits and client meetings.
