Project Sales & Marketing Executive (Subang Jaya)

We are a leading sports construction company specializing in the design, construction, and installation of sports facilities, including tennis courts, pickleball courts, futsal courts, basketball courts, running tracks, and other recreational sports surfaces. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Project Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the sports construction industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, schools, universities and sports clubs.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and tender submissions.
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and project presentations.
• Coordinate with the project team to ensure smooth project execution from sales to completion.
• Follow up on sales leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Plan and execute marketing activities, networking events, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports and market analysis for management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing (experience in construction or building materials is an advantage).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
