- Identify and approach potential clients through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend suitable Family Takaful plans.
- Explain Takaful products, benefits, and coverage clearly to clients.
- Assist clients with application forms, documentation, and policy submission.
- Provide after-sales service, including policy reviews, renewals, and claims assistance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Participate in company training, meetings, and sales activities.
