Company Overview
The company is a Japanese-owned group established in Malaysia in 1992. Its core business is the manufacturing and assembly of two-wheeler automotive parts for a leading Japanese brand, alongside precision manufacturing, industrial packaging, warehousing and logistics, and trading services.
Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain the company network, servers, and IT systems.
- Ensure system security, stable connectivity, and data backup.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues reported by users.
- Administer user accounts, system access, and permissions.
- Support third-party systems such as the email server, accounting system, Rinobee, Kiplepay, and others.
- Perform system backups, updates, and server monitoring.
- Maintain antivirus, firewall, CCTV, keyphone, and attendance systems.
- Provide IT support for the HQ and branch offices.
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1 to 2 years of experience in IT support, network, or system administration is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of network configuration, server maintenance, and IT security fundamentals.
- Familiar with antivirus, firewall, data backup, and CCTV or attendance systems.
- Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and support multiple sites.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage).
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm.
- Willing to work in Bandar Sultan Suleiman, Port Klang.
- Willing to travel to branch offices when required.
