As we continue to grow, we are looking for passionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Membership Consultants.

About the Role

This is a dynamic role combining sales, customer service, and administrative responsibilities. You will be the first point of contact for prospective members and play a key role in helping them begin their fitness journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on sales leads
• Conduct club tours and present membership options
• Build rapport with prospective and existing members
• Achieve monthly membership sales targets
• Handle membership enquiries via walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media
• Manage membership registrations, renewals, and administrative documentation
• Maintain accurate customer records and databases
• Assist with club promotions, events, and member engagement activities
• Provide excellent customer service and support to members

What We're Looking For

• Minimum SPM/STPM qualification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset
• Sales experience is an advantage but not essential
• Basic computer and administrative skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Interest in health, fitness, and wellness is preferred
• Fitness-related certifications are an added advantage but not required
