Company Overview
The organisation stands as a pioneer specializing in disposable protection wear and consumer personal care products. As the proud brand owner of two renowned brands, the company has been dedicatedly serving healthcare professionals and consumers since its establishment in 1991. They are looking for two (2) Brand Executives, one for each of their key brands, to support brand growth, marketing execution, and new product development across the medical disposable devices and consumer skin health categories.
Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of brand campaigns, product launches, trade activities, and marketing initiatives.
- Assist in preparing campaign briefs, product information, sales materials, presentation decks, and brand communication materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners such as design, digital, sales, regulatory, suppliers, and agencies.
- Ensure brand materials are accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand positioning.
- Support the Brand Manager / Business Manager in new product development projects from concept exploration to launch.
- Assist in product idea screening, competitor benchmarking, supplier research, sample coordination, and feasibility assessment.
- Work with internal teams on product specifications, build & design packaging direction, pricing, claims, regulatory requirements, and launch readiness.
- Maintain NPD trackers, project timelines, sample records, product information, and development documents.
- Work with Sales and Trade teams to ensure product launch readiness across retail, medical, online, and commercial channels.
- Prepare brand updates, campaign reports, market findings, launch status updates, and management presentations.
- Maintain organized records for product information, campaign materials, competitor references, product samples, and project timelines.
- Support day-to-day coordination to ensure brand and product projects are completed on time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Commerce, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, trade marketing, product development, category management, or related roles.
- Experience in FMCG, healthcare, medical devices, personal care or consumer goods is an advantage.
- Strong interest in brand building, consumer insights, product launches, and new product development.
- Good project coordination skills with strong follow-up and attention to detail.
- Able to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, Operations, Design, Procurement, and suppliers.
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.
- Willing to work in SS15, Subang Jaya.
