Our client is an established total logistics solution service provider based in Klang. It offers professional logistical solution designed to meet the various needs of importers and exporters. It prides itself with the services it provides its customers with the full backup of solid customer service and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by providing regular updates and feedback.
  • Conduct periodic operational reviews with customers.
  • Ensure timely shipment arrangements, including import booking, coordination, and full shipment follow-up, and provide regular shipment status updates to customers.
  • Handle import logistics documentation work, ensuring all shipping, forwarding, and customs documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
  • Coordinate closely with shipping lines, agents, hauliers, and internal operations team to ensure smooth import processes.
  • Monitor shipment movements from origin to destination, follow up with operations team, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare, verify, and compile all required import documents for clearance and operational requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between customers, internal departments, and external vendors where required.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare necessary reports in a timely manner.
  • Execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and follow instructions assigned by superior.
  • Support and implement customer-specific improvement projects when required.
  • Work in accordance with defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage assigned projects and coordinate with team members to achieve customer requirements.
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries, manage expectations, and ensure service targets are met.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent in any field.
  • At least 1 year plus of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Required skill(s): MS Office.
  • Independent with sound knowledge of forwarding
  • Possess problem solving skills
  • Meticulous and able to multi-task
  • Good Attendances / Discipline
  • Teamwork
  • Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm.
  • Willing to work in Taman Bayu Perdana, Klang.
