Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Generate new leads, build strong client relationships, and follow up consistently to convert opportunities into sales.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for prospective and existing clients.
- Manage social media platforms and marketing campaigns to strengthen brand presence.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth objectives.
- Carry out all other related tasks as may be required or assigned by the Director.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing is an advantage; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Comfortable with client servicing, lead generation, and consistent follow-ups.
- Familiar with social media management and basic marketing campaign execution.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as part of a growing team.
- Languages: English and Mandarin.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm.
- Willing to work at Sunway Damansara, Petaling Jaya.
- Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits as required.
