Sales Merchandiser (Puchong)

1. Propose orders and follow up on all orders as required to ensure timely replenishment.
2. Rotate STAEDTLER products from back stock to shelves and maintain proper product placement on shelves, displays, and secondary displays.
3. Regularly check and review product conditions during each store visit to ensure store sets, testers, and displays are well maintained.
4. Remove any dented, dirty, damaged, or expired products from shelves and displays promptly.
5. Ensure all STAEDTLER products are displayed in accordance with approved retail shelf schematics and planograms.
6. Ensure all equipment, fixtures, racks, and Point of Sale materials are current, clean, and presented to a premium standard at all times.
7. Build and maintain strong working relationships with store personnel to support effective in-store execution.

Candidate Profile

1. Candidates must possess at least SPM qualification.
2. Minimum of 2 years’ working experience in a related field is required for this position.
3. Candidates must possess their own car and a valid driving license.
4. Able to communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
5. Willing and able to travel outstation, including extended stays when required.
