Telesales Executive (Taman Bayu Perdana)

Our client is an established total logistics solution service provider based in Klang. It offers professional logistical solution designed to meet the various needs of importers and exporters.  It prides itself with the services it provides its customers with the full backup of solid customer service and support. 

Responsibilities:

• Make cold calls to approach new and existing corporate clients.
• Promote and sell the company’s logistics and freight services.
• Handle and respond to incoming sales enquiries via phone and email.
• Prepare and issue accurate sales quotations to clients.
• Follow up diligently on pending quotations to secure bookings.
• Work proactively to achieve monthly sales and performance targets.
• Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field.
• 1–2 years of experience in shipping, freight, or logistics is preferred.
• Ambitious fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• A strong interest in developing a career within the freight forwarding sector.
• Independent, focused, result-driven, and goal-oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and people skills.
• Familiar with Google applications, Gmail, Docs, Calendars etc.
• Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
• Willing to work at Taman Bayu Perdana, Klang.
