Built on a foundation of time-tested and scientifically studied botanical ingredients like Laurel Berry Oil and Argan Oil, the company is rapidly expanding its footprint across retail pharmacies, digital platforms, and experiential kiosks to serve beauty-conscious consumers.
They are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 1-2 years of experience to manage ad buying and drive online sales for Online Store. This role requires hands-on experience in META Ads and Shopify analytics to optimize campaigns and grow e-commerce revenue. You will also explore new digital marketing tools and support with expansion into new markets and channels.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize META Ads to maximize conversions and ROAS.
- Analyze performance data from Shopify, Google Analytics, and ad platforms to refine strategies.
- Support advertising video production by proposing content ideas based on data dashboard.
- Oversee brand online store, ensuring efficient ad spend and sales growth.
- Plan and execute monthly promo activities across the full-stack of digital marketing channels (META, Shopify website, Email Marketing)
- Track digital health metrics (ad spend, conversion rates, and customer behavior) using Shopify analytics and Google Analytics.
- Present monthly performance reports on the company’s online store & META Ads to the management team.
- Explore new channels (WhatsApp, TikTok conversion) and automation tools to improve acquisition and retention.
- Support expansion into SEA markets through market research and digital strategy.
- Be curious and stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes, advising on new opportunities.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in performance marketing or e-commerce.
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads, Shopify analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and automation platforms (a plus).
- Experience in consumer goods or skincare is a plus.
- A self-motivated, adaptable mindset, eager to explore new digital growth opportunities.
- Languages:Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Location:Ability to work on-site in SS15, Subang Jaya.
