The organisation is a fast-growing natural skincare brand specialising in high-performance solutions for dry and sensitive skin. Built on a foundation of time-tested and scientifically studied botanical ingredients like Laurel Berry Oil and Argan Oil, the company is rapidly expanding its footprint across retail pharmacies, digital platforms, and experiential kiosks to serve beauty-conscious consumers.

They are looking for a Social Media & Content Executive who can turn brand strategy into content that engages, educates, and converts.

This role sits at the intersection of creative, marketing, and performance. You will plan, create, and optimize content across platforms (Meta, TikTok, Shopee/Lazada).

Responsibilities:

  • Plan monthly content calendars for both brands aligned with campaigns, launches, and retail promotions (e.g. Watsons activations)
  • Translate marketing objectives into clear content angles, hooks, and formats
  • Develop content pillars for company’s products.
  • Manage postings across platforms: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, XHS
  • Monitor comments, DMs, and engage with audience
  • Stay updated on trends and adapt them to brand context
  • Track content performance: Views, CTR, engagement, conversions
  • Identify winning content and scale it
  • Work with ads team to turn organic content into paid ads and Improve creatives for better ROAS
  • Source and manage KOLs / content creators
  • Brief creators clearly to ensure content aligns with brand positioning
  • Review and optimize UGC for performance

Key Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of TikTok, XHS, Instagram, Meta content trends 
  • Good storytelling and copywriting skills 
  • Basic understanding of performance marketing (CTR, hooks, conversions) 
  • Able to think both creatively (ideas, angles) and analytically (what works, what doesn’t)

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years’ experience in social media, content, or digital marketing
  • Experience in FMCG, beauty, healthcare is a strong advantage
  • Able to move fast and execute content consistently
  • Comfortable being hands-on (simple shot with phone filming, scripting, coordinating shoots)
  • Detail-oriented with strong sense of visual and messaging quality
  • Basic video editing (CapCut / Premiere Pro)
  • Familiarity with healthcare / skincare regulations (META, NPRA-sensitive claims)
  • Languages:Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
  • Location:Ability to work on-site in SS15, Subang Jaya.
