WE’RE HIRING – CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
Location: Iskandar Puteri

Job Scope:

• Handle inbound & outbound customer inquiries
• Assist customers via call, email, or chat
• Provide accurate information & resolve issues
• Maintain good customer service and professionalism
• Update customer records in system

Working Hours:

• Rotational shift (including weekend & public holiday)

Working Days:

• 6 days per week

Requirements:

• Able to speak BM / English / Mandarin / Cantonese
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Fresh graduates are welcome!
