Job Description
Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to site activities, inventory, and project progress
Coordinating site visits, and other events
Providing support in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
Assisting with the management of site-specific procurement, logistics, and resource allocation
Facilitating communication between the site and the main office
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Providing general administrative support to the site team as needed
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent with at least minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in the construction industry
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of construction-related administrative processes and documentation
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
