Job Description

  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to site activities, inventory, and project progress
  • Coordinating site visits, and other events
  • Providing support in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Assisting with the management of site-specific procurement, logistics, and resource allocation
  • Facilitating communication between the site and the main office
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Providing general administrative support to the site team as needed

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent with at least minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of construction-related administrative processes and documentation
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
