This is a desk-based role focused on sales support, order management, and customer communication, playing a key role in ensuring smooth operations and contributing to overall sales performance. Success in this role means delivering accurate and timely order fulfilment while maintaining strong customer relationships that drive repeat sales and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfilment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email for enquiries, order updates, and product information.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-ups, including updates on promotions and new product launches.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments (warehouse, logistics, finance, and sales team) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Monitor order status and proactively update customers on any delays or changes.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring proper resolution and escalation when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and transactions.
- Support the Sales Team in preparing quotations, proposals, and relevant documentation.
- Assist in tracking sales data and preparing basic reports to support sales performance monitoring.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, pricing, and ongoing promotions to communicate effectively with customers.
- Provide occasional on-ground support during events, trade shows, or customer engagement activities (approximately 2–3 times per year).
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with a Diploma and at least 5 years of relevant working experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative roles is an added advantage.
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and hands-on in resolving customer issues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.
- Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (written and spoken).
- Willing to work at Taman Klang Jaya, Klang, Selangor.
