Job Description

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic salary up to RM2,500
  • Increment up to RM1,000 after confirmation
  • Monthly incentives up to RM2,000++ (uncapped)
  • Work arrangement: Onsite, Bangsar KL (office directly above LRT Kerinchi for easy commute)
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Saturday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
  • No night shift
  • Training provided with structured on boarding

Career Level / Requirements

  • Career level: Entry-Level / Junior Executive
  • Experience: 0-2 years (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Education: Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage
  • Energetic, positive, willing to learn, and a strong team player

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle CelcomDigi customer calls and manage customer enquirers through inbound calls, outbound calls, email, and follow-up communication
  • Answer customer enquirers clearly and professionally regarding products, services, account matters, billing, and payments
  • Explain products and services to customers and recommend suitable solutions based on their needs
  • Assist customers with service-related issues and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Retain customers and up sell relevant products or services where appropriate
  • Update CRM/customer records accurately in the system after every interaction
  • Follow call scripts, service guidelines, compliance requirements, and standard operating procedures
  • Meet daily and weekly KPIs, service targets, productivity goals, and quality standards
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience at every touch point
