Job Description
Position: Admin (Full-Time)
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily admin tasks, filing, data entry & documentation
- Manage calls, WhatsApp, emails & customer enquiries
- Prepare invoices, quotations, DO & basic office forms
- Update attendance, leave, claims & staff records
- Assist in nursery stock records (plants, materials, tools)
- Coordinate with suppliers & site teams for delivery and materials
- Support office and project operations as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)
- Good communication & organisation skills
- Able to work independently & be responsible
- Experience in landscape/nursery admin is an advantage (not required)
