Job Description
Salary Range: RM 4,000 – RM 5,000 per month
Job Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts including data entry, invoicing, payment processing, journal entries, and receipt recording
- Manage monthly closing, financial reporting, bank reconciliations, and accounting schedules accurately and on time
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure proper control and timely processing
- Knowledge and experience in Trading & Construction Accounts will be a strong advantage
- Monitor cash flow, expense control, and assist management in financial planning and reporting
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, bankers, suppliers, and relevant authorities
- Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records, supporting documents, and filing systems
- Assist in audit, tax, SST, and statutory compliance matters
- Support finance and administrative functions as assigned by management
- Perform other ad-hoc duties and reporting tasks as required
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 4–6 years of relevant accounting experience
- Experience in trading and construction accounts is highly preferred
- Able to handle full set of accounts independently
- Familiar with accounting procedures, reconciliations, financial reporting, and statutory compliance
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills
- Able to meet deadlines and work independently with minimum supervision
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to communicate in English, Mandarin, and Malay — both spoken and written
