Job Description

Salary Range: RM 3,200 – RM 4,200 per month

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and execution
  • Follow up on order processing, delivery schedules, project progress, and internal task coordination
  • Assist liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments on operational matters
  • Prepare reports, documentation, records, and operational updates for management review
  • Ensure proper filing, documentation control, and process compliance
  • Support management in planning, execution, and follow-up of assigned operational matters
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience is preferred
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently, responsibly, and under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to multitask effectively
  • Multi Language in Spoken & Writing EN, CN & BM
