Job Description
Handling, Maintain, and control documents required by the Halal authorities.
Follow up with customer to Collate and maintain any data, records, or other information required by standards.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and handling problem solving related with Halal issues.
To conduct the internal audit and assist external audit related with Halal (if needed).
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Promote and sell company products/services in compliance with Halal standards.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Undertake any other related jobs or tasks assigned to you by your superior.
REQUIREMENT
Diploma/Degree in Halal Management, Shariah, or a related field.
Halal Executive Certificate (CHE) approved body (JAKIM or etc) is an added advantage.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Halal compliance or Halal assurance, preferably in an F&B, or manufacturing industry but fresh graduate can consider.
Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken).
Organized, and able to manage documentation efficiently.
Able to work independently and liaise with JAKIM and customer effectively.
Must be Muslim, as per JAKIM guidelines for Halal Committee members.
Willing to travel for site audits (internal audit) if needed.
