Customer Service - Phone Calls (Kuala Lumpur)

Job Overview

We are looking for motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Executives to join our team. This role involves making outbound calls with provided script, handling basic phone customer service, promoting products or services, and achieving lead targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Promote and explain company products or services with provided script
• Handle basic customer inquiries via phone
• Generate leads through effective communication
• Achieve daily and monthly lead targets

Working Hours

• Weekdays: 10 hours per day
• Weekends: 5 hours per day

Salary

• Up to RM4,500 per month

Requirements

• Strong English Language
• Sales or telemarketing experience is an advantage
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Able to work long hours and weekends
