Job Description
- Handle general administrative and office support duties
- Perform data entry and maintain proper filing of documents
- Prepare and issue payment voucher
- Prepare reports and maintain records when required
- Handle phone calls, emails, and general correspondence
- Assist management with other administrative tasks when assigned
Requirement:
- Minimum SPM / Fresh Graduates / College
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities
