Job Description

  • Issue sales invoices accurately and on time.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely collections.
  • Prepare collection and accounts receivable reports for management review.
  • Perform daily administrative duties including documentation, filing, correspondence,coordination, and follow-up on pending matters.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification or above.
  • At least 1 years of working experience in administration and accounting-related roles.
  • Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
  • Independent, adaptable, and able to multitask to meet deadlines.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
