Job Description
- Issue sales invoices accurately and on time.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely collections.
- Prepare collection and accounts receivable reports for management review.
- Perform daily administrative duties including documentation, filing, correspondence,coordination, and follow-up on pending matters.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification or above.
- At least 1 years of working experience in administration and accounting-related roles.
- Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
- Independent, adaptable, and able to multitask to meet deadlines.
