CNC Machining Engineer - DMG MORI (Telok Gong)

Company Overview

The organisation is specialized in manufacturing high precision metal stamping parts for electrical and electronics industries. It is equipped with the latest high technology machines. In order to produce high quality products, all the staffs are trained to be highly skilful and competent.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate and program CNC machining centres.
• Develop and optimize machining processes to improve productivity and reduce cycle time.
• Prepare and modify CNC programs using 2D and 3D modelling software.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and provide technical support to production.
• Ensure machining accuracy, quality control and proper machine maintenance.
• Work closely with engineering and production teams for new product development and process improvement.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in CNC machining centre operations.
• Experience with DMG MORI machining centres is preferred.
• Proficient in 2D & 3D modelling/CAD-CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, Mastercam, AutoCAD).
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming, tooling, and machining processes.
• Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Willing to work in Telok Gong, Port Klang.
• Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8.00am to 6.00pm
