Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented HR & Account Executive to manage the full HR cycle and daily accounting operations for our security services company. The ideal candidate must be organised, able to multitask, and familiar with payroll management for security guards.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resource
- Handle full HR cycle (recruitment, onboarding, confirmation & resignation)
- Prepare offer letters, employment contracts & HR documentation
- Manage attendance, leave records & staff deployment coordination
- Process monthly payroll (including OT calculation for security guards)
- Handle statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
- Liaise with relevant authorities when required
Account
- Record daily accounting transactions (AP, AR, payments & receipts)
- Prepare client invoices and monitor collections
- Perform bank reconciliation
- Assist in monthly closing and basic financial reporting
- Handle SST submission and compliance
- Manage submission of LHDN e-Invoice
Administration
- Assist in general office administration
- Support management on ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years relevant working experience
- Experience handling payroll & statutory contributions
- Familiar with SST and LHDN e-Invoice process
- Knowledge of accounting software (AutoCount)
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Salary Range: RM 2,800 - RM 3,000.00
