Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day operation of the HR functions and duties.
- Handle recruitment process such as posting advertisement, assist in sourcing candidates, phone screening for shortlisting, arranging interview, employment contracts and aligned with local regulations, company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and assist the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage work pass applications including monitoring expiry dates of passport/ work permits, FOMEMA check-up, hostel management, transportation, etc.
- Compile, update and manage employee records.
- Processing payroll and benefits administration.
- Preparation of statutory requirement based on Employment Act 1955.
- Maintain personnel annual leave records, salary records, absenteeism and disciplinary records.
- Responsible for matters pertaining to statutory contributions and requirements.
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, employee welfare activities, etc.)
- Responsible for administration matters such as monthly beverages for pantry, stationeries, water dispensers, utilities bills monitoring, etc
- Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Human Resources assistant or relevant Human Resources/Administrative position.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity, in manufacturing sector.
- Trustworthy, reliable with high level of confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good knowledge on Employment Act 1955.
- Participate in ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 & 45001:2018 Integrated Management Systems implementation.
- Computer literate (MsWord, Excel, Powerpoint), SAP and Success Factors is an added advantage.
- Languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Willing to work in Seksyen 28, Shah Alam.
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am to 6pm.
