Responsibilities:
- End-to-end video production: Shoot planning, filming, and editing.
- Capture high-quality product, lifestyle, tutorial, and campaign videos that align with brand aesthetics.
- Edit videos efficiently for usage on multi platforms (IG, TikTok, YouTube, Meta Ads), balancing speed and polish.
- Collaborate closely with marketing team to translate briefs into compelling video concepts.
- Collaborate with brand team to run pre-production planning and coordinate on-set logistics (equipment, talent, locations).
- Manage timelines and deliverables with discipline — knowing when to push for finesse, and when to keep it simple.
- Stay updated with trends in video content, editing techniques, and platform best practices.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in videography and editing, preferably for digital-first brands.
- Excellent camera handling skills and a keen eye for natural lighting and composition.
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar editing tools.
- Able to self-lead projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
- Strong project management skills (able to manage traffic and workload for the team).
- Creative, driven, and proactive with strong time management skills.
- Positive, solution-oriented, and collaborative in a fast-paced environment.
- Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage).
- Willing to work in Subang Jaya, Selangor.
