Our client is a leading Malaysian manufacturer and a key player in the global food supply chain, specializing in innovative and sustainable fiber-based packaging solutions. With state-of-the-art facilities and a strong focus on high-hygiene standards, they serve major international brands across the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and consumer goods sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Logistics and Delivery contact for Customer accounts supporting on-time delivery, accurate documentation, building a solid foundation for commercial growth.
- Supporting the end-to-end order fulfilment process, including Coordinate customer orders from receipt to delivery, working closely with planning, production, supply chain, and freight partner.
- Prepare and manage shipping and export documentation to support smooth customs clearance and regulatory compliance.
- Accurate and timely generation of Customer invoices in line with agreed terms, and for ensuring all receivables are collected within the stipulated credit period.
- Monitoring freight costs, surcharges, and logistics-related cost drivers; identifying opportunities for cost optimisation through shipment consolidation, route planning, incoterms alignment, and load optimisation.
- Maintain accurate data in the ERP system (orders, customers, pricing, logistics details).
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
- Carrying out all other related tasks as may be required or assigned by your Manager.
- Monitor delivery performance and support basic reporting and analysis (DIFOT, order status, inventory, trends).
- Learn and grow within a structured environment that builds strong foundations in customer service, logistics, and commercial operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, logistics coordination, or order management.
- Proficiency in shipping documentations and Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF).
- Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) is a significant advantage.
- A proactive learner with a "can-do" attitude.
- Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (added advantage).
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm (there may be occasional requirements to support weekend activities, subject to business and operational needs)
- Willing to work in Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang.
