Responsibilities:
- Drive and track key business projects led by the CEO, ensuring every initiative moves from planning to completion without delay.
- Maintain a rigorous follow-through system with internal teams to ensure all assigned tasks are delivered on time and meet the required standards.
- Act as the primary execution partner for the CEO, bridging the gap between high-level decisions and the actual implementation by various departments.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables closely, providing the CEO with regular updates and flagging any potential bottlenecks before they cause delays.
- Coordinate senior-level customer accounts by managing professional follow-ups and relationship support to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
- Prepare high-level materials and briefings including summaries and presentations that allow the CEO to focus on strategic growth and decision-making.
- Manage complex schedules and priorities with a focus on maximizing the CEO's productivity and ensuring critical business items are addressed first.
- Handle all business matters with total discretion and a high level of integrity, especially when dealing with sensitive information.
Requirements:
- 4 to 7 years of solid experience in project coordination, business operations, or a high-level executive support role that required heavy tracking and follow-up.
- Highly structured and detail-oriented with a natural ability to organize complex tasks and keep multiple projects moving simultaneously.
- A humble and teachable personality who values direct mentorship and is motivated by learning the inner workings of a growing business.
- A dependable professional who is calm under pressure and possesses the grit to see tasks through to the finish line.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with both internal teams and senior-level external stakeholders.
- Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry or a Nursing qualification (specifically in OT or CSSD) is a significant advantage.
- Full commitment to reliability, including a willingness to travel and the flexibility to put in extra hours on the rare occasions when project deadlines require it.
- Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
- Willing to work in Klang Jaya, Selangor.
