Job Description
• Meeting and exceeding target/ KPI set for warehouse
• Lead service team by manage by organizing and coordinating daily workload and work distribution of all service staff in the warehouse & outside
• Manage the performance of all service staff and ensure quality of work is present
• Conduct spot checks on completed jobs to maintain high standards
• Conduct regular operations briefing with service team to streamline and improve operation
• Handling customers and resolve difficult and serious customer complaints
• Enhance company image and customer satisfaction ratings
• Ensure service premises are well maintained, clean and tidy at all times
• Understand and ensure team comply with principal warranty and policy procedures at the warehouse
• Develop strategies, forecasts, and action plans to achieve monthly sales, service units, and quality targets.
• Monitor departmental performance through reports, tracking systems, and customer feedback.
• Need to create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for service team and others for warehouse
• Ensure all service and repair work complies with SOPs and quality standards.
• Maintain professional grooming and appearance at all times.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management
Job Requirements
• Certification in Agriculture Technology, Automotive studies or equivalent qualifications.
• At least 5 years of experience managing vehicle workshops /construction machinery/ heavy equipment including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage an aftersales department effectively.
• Solid knowledge of machine technologies, specifications, and regulations.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
