You will be responsible for the hands-on design and development of custom solutions on the Salesforce.com platform including significant work in Apex, Lightning components, VisualForce and integrations with other software systems such as Zapier, Xero, Smartcat etc. You will serve as the technical expert on and the Salesforce.com platform.
- Work closely internally in delivering the solutions and act as the primary escalation point for technical enquires related to existing and new Salesforce enhancements
- Judges the trade-offs with technology and feasibility and makes choices that fit the constraints of the project
- Participate in day to day business as usual activities, including but not limited to bug fixes, feature analysis and data analysis
- Release and Environment Management including sandbox usage planning, metadata and data migration, environment comparisons and version control.
- Work on new development initiatives, as well as bug fixes and enhancements of the existing integration
- Responsible for support, maintenance, operation, and upgrades of applications
Job Qualifications & Skills Preferred/Required
- Salesforce Certified Developer credentials
- Experience developing customer-facing interfaces
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform
- Strong experience in designing, developing and implementing Salesforce applications including VisualForce and Apex and integrations with other software systems such as Zapier, Xero, Smartcat etc
- Ability to participate/ demonstrate work via presentation and propose solutions
- Able to work on project independently and assist in functionality mapping, configuration, testing, building custom apps and API integration
- Good communication skills
