Quality Control Inspector (Pandamaran)

Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections on incoming raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct visual inspections, measurements, and tests using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Record inspection results, maintain accurate documentation, and prepare quality reports.
• Identify and document non-conforming products and assist in the investigation of quality issues.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions related to quality control activities.
• Assist in the maintenance and calibration of inspection equipment.
• Participate in internal and external audits as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines and regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Manufacturing/Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a QC Inspector in a relevant industry.
• Basic Knowledge of plastic injection & blowing process.
• Knowledge of basic measuring tools (Vernier calliper, micrometer, gauge)
• Familiarity with quality assurance standards and regulations relevant to the industry.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects, inconsistencies, and deviations.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to use software applications related to quality control and documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work shifts, including day and night shifts, as per company requirements.
• Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Working Hours: 2 Shifts (Day/Night), 7.00am to 7.00pm, 6-day workweek.
• Willing to work in Pandamaran, Selangor.
