Job Title: Sales Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets and KPIs
- Develop sales strategies and business plans to drive revenue growth
- Motivate, coach, and mentor the sales team
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide feedback
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Work on weekends and public holidays as required

Requirements / Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven, motivated, and results-oriented personality
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
