We are looking for Clinic Assistants for a Paediatric Specialist Clinic located in OUG.
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum education: Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM)
2. Fluent in English, Malay and preferably Mandarin
3. Some computer skills
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills
5. Previous clinic experience will be an advantage
Key Job Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for setting up and keeping clean of clinic
2. Attend to patient promptly and in a friendly manner
3. Register patients, measuring of weight/ height/ temperature, assisting doctor, giving out medication, scheduling appointments and taking payment
4. Assisting doctor in examination or procedure
5. Providing excellent customer service and addressing patient inquiries and concerns in professional manner
6. Administrations work e.g. inventory management
