Job Description
- Manage patient registration, medical records, and payment processing.
- Perform and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and SpO₂.
- Prepare and dispense medications according to the doctor’s instructions.
- Assist the doctor during clinical procedures.
- Maintain clinic cleanliness, manage inventory, and support daily operations.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
Required Skills
- Ability to take vital signs (BP, temperature, pulse, SpO₂).
- Basic clinical skills (first aid, glucometer, urine dipstick).
- Knowledge of clinical instrument preparation and procedure assistance.
- Understanding of basic medication categories and proper dispensing practices.
- Ability to use EMR/clinic software, manage patient registration and payments.
- Good communication skills with patients and colleagues.
- Strong work ethics: responsible, punctual, fast learner, and detail-oriented.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically able to stand for long hours and perform routine clinic tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM (or equivalent).
- Experience in a clinic setting is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Able to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Disciplined, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.
