ICT Officer (Kota Kinabalu)

Responsibilities:

• Company networking architecture management
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing repairing hardware and software issues
• Respond to any complaint on faulty ICT infrastructure (Hardware & Software)
• Maintain and update on ISO SOP and forms for ICT department
• Maintain company data storage, networking setting, backup location, physical storage and security settings

Qualifications:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience
