Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries, bookings, and updates promptly.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure timely delivery of temperature-sensitive shipments.
- Handle service reports, follow-ups, and issue resolutions.
- Maintain records and documentation accurately.
Requirements
- Minimum Certificate, Diploma in Business, Logistics, or related field (SPM/STPM holders may apply).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in logistics, courier, or healthcare industry is an added advantage.
