About the Role
Join our fast-paced medical logistics team, handling time-critical shipments with precision and care. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring service excellence and smooth coordination between operations and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries, bookings, and updates promptly.
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure timely delivery of temperature-sensitive shipments.
  • Handle service reports, follow-ups, and issue resolutions.
  • Maintain records and documentation accurately.

Requirements

  • Minimum Certificate, Diploma in Business, Logistics, or related field (SPM/STPM holders may apply).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in logistics, courier, or healthcare industry is an added advantage.
