About the Role
Provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within a fast-moving logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle documentation, filing, and correspondence.
  • Assist with HR, procurement, and general office coordination.
  • Monitor inventory, office supplies, and asset records.
  • Support internal reporting and compliance documentation.

Requirements

  • Minimum Certificate, Diploma in Administration, Management, or related field (SPM/ STPM may apply.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
  • Able to multitask and work independently to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with logistics documentation is a plus.
