1. Personal Assistant Duties
- Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the boss.
- Run personal errands and assist with tasks outside of work when required.
2. Interpreter Duties
- Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, calls, and events.
- Translate documents, emails, and reports accurately and promptly.
- Facilitate communication between the executive and international clients, partners, or staff
Administrative Executive Duties
- Liaise with internal departments on behalf of the executive.
- Monitor deadlines, work timelines, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Support HR, finance, and procurement processes as needed.
