Job Description

1. Personal Assistant Duties

  • Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the boss.
  • Run personal errands and assist with tasks outside of work when required.

2. Interpreter Duties

  • Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, calls, and events.
  • Translate documents, emails, and reports accurately and promptly.
  • Facilitate communication between the executive and international clients, partners, or staff

Administrative Executive Duties

  • Liaise with internal departments on behalf of the executive.
  • Monitor deadlines, work timelines, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Support HR, finance, and procurement processes as needed.
