ADMIN ASSISTANT (AN NUR INTEGRATED SERVICES (M) SDN BHD)
Job Descriptions:
- Providing administrative support to the management team and other departments as needed
- Handling a variety of administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, document processing, and general office duties
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assisting with the organisation and maintenance of office supplies and equipment
- Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your manager
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Software application.
- SPM leavers/Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
- Result oriented, good planning & organizing.
- Able to meet deadline and manage time appropriately.
- Good communication skills and able to converse good language both English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision, self-motivated, able to multi-task in a fast pace working environment
