ADMIN ASSISTANT (AN NUR INTEGRATED SERVICES (M) SDN BHD)

Job Descriptions:

  • Providing administrative support to the management team and other departments as needed
  • Handling a variety of administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, document processing, and general office duties
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Assisting with the organisation and maintenance of office supplies and equipment
  • Performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your manager

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Software application.
  • SPM leavers/Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Result oriented, good planning & organizing.
  • Able to meet deadline and manage time appropriately.
  • Good communication skills and able to converse good language both English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision, self-motivated, able to multi-task in a fast pace working environment
